Adam launched I Love Coaching Co. in 2019 after learning the hard way that real skill doesn't automatically translate into a real business. The gap between expertise and income isn't talent — it's clarity, structure, and a willingness to own your lane. Jess joined in 2023 to build the curriculum that would make the path repeatable for every coach who came after. Together, they created the REAL Coach Method — not from theory, but from the work of helping hundreds of coaches find their footing and build something they're proud of. Everything taught here has been lived first.
